Welcome to Arrows 3D: Cubeaway Puzzle (the “Game”). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. License to play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Acceptable use

When playing the Game, you agree not to:

• Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game, except where allowed by law.
• Cheat, use unauthorized tools, bots, or exploits, or otherwise interfere with the Game’s intended operation.
• Redistribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the Game or any part of it.
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or applicable app-store rules.

3. In-app purchases & virtual items

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, to remove advertisements) and virtual items. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Virtual items and any in-game content have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are licensed — not sold — to you. Except where required by law or by the relevant app store’s policy, purchases are non-refundable.

4. Advertisements

The Game is supported by advertising and may display ads from third-party networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the products and services they promote. Interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

5. Intellectual property

The Game and all related content — including its artwork, characters, code, audio, and the “Arrows 3D” name and logo — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

6. Updates & availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any feature, including levels or in-app items) at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available or error-free.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Game.

9. Termination

These Terms apply until terminated. Your license ends automatically if you breach them. You may end it at any time by deleting the Game. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

10. Third-party stores & devices

Your use of the Game is also subject to the terms of the platform you obtained it from (Apple or Google). If any conflict arises, the applicable app-store terms govern the store relationship, while these Terms govern your use of the Game.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you where you live.
