This Privacy Policy explains how the Arrows 3D: Cubeaway Puzzle mobile game (the “Game”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you play. We keep the Game simple: it does not require an account, and we do not ask you for your name, email, or phone number.

1. Information we collect

Because there is no sign-in, we do not knowingly collect information that identifies you by name. The Game and the third-party tools it uses may automatically process a limited set of technical and gameplay data, including:

• Device & technical data — device model, operating system version, language, region, screen size, and general performance information.
• Advertising identifiers — such as Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or Google’s Advertising ID (GAID), used to serve and measure ads (subject to your permission on iOS).
• Gameplay & usage data — levels reached, sessions, in-app events, and settings, used to run and improve the Game.
• Crash & diagnostic data — anonymous reports that help us fix bugs.
• Purchase data — a record that a purchase was made (billing itself is handled by Apple or Google; we never see your card details).

2. How we use this information

• To run, maintain, and improve the Game and its levels.
• To display advertising, including — where permitted — personalized ads.
• To measure performance, diagnose crashes, and understand which features players enjoy.
• To process in-app purchases and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Advertising and analytics partners

We rely on trusted third-party SDKs to show ads, measure performance, and keep the Game stable. These partners may collect and process data (including advertising identifiers) under their own privacy policies:

4. Your choices about ads & tracking

• iOS: When first asked, you can allow or deny app tracking via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Android: You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in Settings → Google → Ads.
• Denying tracking does not remove ads — you may simply see less relevant ones.

5. In-app purchases

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, to remove ads). All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card information.

6. Children’s privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data retention & security

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we (and our partners) use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also manage ad choices through your device settings as described in Section 4.

9. International transfers

Our partners may process data on servers located in countries other than yours. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for such transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision. Significant changes will be reflected here, and continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
